Diane Broderson

Diane R. Broderson, Attorney

Born and raised in the Spokane area, Diane graduated from Whitworth University with a degree in Social Services in 2012 and graduated from Gonzaga Law School in 2017. From the day she applied for law school, family law has been her passion. As the mother and stepmother of six kids, she has first-hand personal experience with divorce, parenting plans, child support, child relocation, parenting plan modifications, and contempt.

Diane is very straightforward and to the point. She cares about her clients and strives to help them get the best possible outcome for their personal situation. As a family law attorney, she strives to settle her cases out of court to minimize the cost and stress for her clients.

Jordyn Richey

Originally from Southern California, Jordyn graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. Jordyn graduated from Gonzaga Law School in 2024.

Jordyn is committed to focusing on understanding each client’s unique situation and providing empathetic support to help clients as they navigate their way through the complex and sensitive issues that arise in family law.

In her free time, Jordyn loves to go on walks with her dog Loki, watch movies, and build Legos.

Whitney Ehlert

Whitney Ehlert, Legal Assistant/Receptionist/Office Manager

Whitney joined Farnsworth Broderson in 2018. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Art’s Majoring in History, Double Minor in English and Gender Studies, with an emphasis in Anthropology from Washington State University. In her spare time, Whitney enjoys reading, hiking, road trips with her husband, and spoiling her nephews and nieces.
